Is there always a good selection of cars available at Andrews?
At Andrews our stock turnover is high, so our stock is constantly changing. Our buying team source the best cars at the best prices.

Why are the prices so cheap at Andrews?
Our unique relationship with most of the major manufacturers combined with our ability to buy in bulk enables us to purchase cars at extremely competitive prices. We then pass on huge savings to you the customer.

What if you don't have the specific car that I want in stock?
Speak to one of the team because it could be that we have an alternative that you might not have considered. We are constantly buying cars so it may be that we have the vehicle that you require awaiting delivery to our site.

Can we part exchange our car?
Yes you can. Either bring your part exchange down for a firm valuation or complete our online part exchange valuation form in order to obtain an indicative price.

Can I test drive any car?
Yes you can. We offer test drives on all our vehicles from our site in Harrogate. Please arrange an appointment with one of our sales team who will be pleased to assist. Just remember the driver will need to bring their valid driving licence along with them.

Do all your cars come with a warranty?
Yes, all vehicles come with the balance of the manufacturers warranty where available. We also offer comprehensive extended warranties for that added peace of mind.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Not always although we generally require a minimum deposit of £500 for any vehicle. This can be paid by credit card, debit card or cash if you prefer.

Can I pay you by credit card for my new car?
No, but you can use the following payment options:
Debit card; Bankers draft; Building society cheque; Bank transfer; In house finance

Will I need to tax my new vehicle myself?
No. Andrews will arrange the taxing of your new vehicle.

How soon can I collect the new vehicle I have purchased?
Normally within four days. We require this period of time in order to pre delivery inspect or service where required your chosen vehicle. We require seven working days from receipt of your insurance documentation to tax an unregistered vehicle.

Are there any costs on top of the advertised price?
Yes. All our prices exclude vehicle road tax and first registration fee/cherished transfer fee where applicable. We also make a small charge for vehicle handbooks and servicing if required.

Can you deliver my new car?
Sorry. We do not deliver as the cost of delivering a single vehicle is prohibitive.

What happens if I have a problem with my car after delivery?
We will always ensure that you receive the best possible advice. Simply call us and we will attempt to resolve any issues.

Do you do servicing?
Yes. We can arrange with our nearby service centre. Give us a call and we can book your car in at your convenience.
